Swastik Society for Agriculture & Human Development

Established in 2009 under the Rajasthan Society Registration Act, the Swastik Society for Agriculture and Human Development (SSAHD) is a pioneering NGO dedicated to catalyzing positive change. Originally focused on organic farming, SSAHD has expanded its reach across Rajasthan, promoting human rights, gender equity, and dignity through diverse initiatives. These include advocacy for disability inclusion, education, child rights, and healthcare access, particularly in marginalized areas like tribal regions, rural villages, and urban slums. By fostering grassroots leadership and collaboration with stakeholders, SSAHD drives impactful interventions, empowering individuals and communities toward sustainable development and poverty alleviation.

IM SHAKTI, Kaushal Samarthya Yojna

Swastik Society, in collaboration with RSLDC, is spearheading the IM Shakti project, aimed at empowering individuals, particularly women, through tailored skill development programmes. Utilizing digital platforms and innovative teaching methods, the project provides training in various vocational skills such as tailoring, handicrafts, and entrepreneurship, with a focus on improving employability and socioeconomic status. By championing gender equality and engaging with local communities and stakeholders, IM Shakti promotes inclusive growth and sustainable development, contributing to the upliftment of individuals and the overall prosperity of Rajasthan.

NIPUN-Skill Development Training Project

Swastik Society, supported by NAREDCO, is driving the NIPUN Skill Training project to bolster vocational skills and nurture entrepreneurship. This collaboration offers comprehensive training in skill areas relevant to real estate and related sectors. Tailored modules and industry-focused curriculum empower participants for employment, fostering socio-economic development.

EMPOWERSHIELD

For three years, Swastik Society has run “EmpowerShield: Strengthening Girls through Self-Defense” in Udaipur district, collaborating with Suraksha Martial Art Academy. This initiative empowers young girls with vital selfdefence skills, fostering confidence and safety in challenging scenarios. Swastik Society’s commitment to children’s well-being and security is evident in this proactive approach.

Saksham- Skill Development Training

From 2022 to 2023, Swastik Society and Sarthak Society for Human Development, in collaboration with RSLDC, implemented the Saksham Project to enhance employability in Rajasthan. Tailored vocational training across sectors, supported by career counselling and job placement, facilitated successful workforce integration. This effort persisted from 2023 to 2024, contributing to regional economic growth and skilled workforce development.
